Air Conditioner
Please note that due to special rules in the historic center, we are unable to install external motors for the air conditioner.
We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to find a different solution soon.
With the arrows on the left you can adjust the temperature.
During summer
To operate it, simply place the hose outside the window and use the green button to switch it on.
The Air conditioner stopped working?
There is a tank at the back bottom of the device used to collect condensation water. In case of extensive use it may get full. If so or if the device stops working, you can open the compartment, remove the tank, empty it, and then place it back inside the compartment. Remember to fully insert the black tube back into the tank.
Waste management
In Trevignano Romano, there is a door-to-door waste collection service.
You can leave the bags just outside the main door, on the right side, the night before the indicated day.
As we are very mindful of the environment, we kindly ask for your special attention in disposing of waste in the appropriate bins.

The bins in the house are (from the left):
- Non-recyclable/general waste (residuo secco)
- Glass and metal
- Plastic
- Organic waste
Paper, being a clean waste that doesn’t emit bad odors, we kindly ask you to use a plastic bag.
Power outage
We hope it doesn’t happen, but there might be a power outage. In case of an overload (for example, if the air conditioner, washing machine, and hairdryer are all running simultaneously), the switch inside the compartment on the wall near the entrance door may trip. Simply open the compartment door and push the switch back up to restore the power.
Please note: there are two compartments for the power, use the upper one for resetting the switch.

ONCE IN TREVIGNANO
From the main square (Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III), take the road under the arch of the Clock Tower (Via Umberto I). At the third street, turn left and go uphill. At the first right turn, you will be in front of number 6 Via Solferino, where you will find the entrance door.
