Air Conditioning
High-efficiency wall-mounted air conditioner
The Casetta is equipped with a modern high-efficiency wall-mounted air conditioner. Simply use the remote control to set your desired temperature.

Environment
Waste Sorting
The Municipality of Trevignano Romano uses the door-to-door collection system. We ask you to follow these guidelines:
Plastic
Yellow bin. Plastic bottles, containers, clean plastic bags.
Glass and Metal
Green bin. Bottles, jars, cans and metal containers.
Non-recyclable
Grey bin. Everything that is not recyclable and does not fall into the other categories.
Organic
Brown bin. Food and organic waste.
Paper: collect in a separate bag from the other fractions.
Electricity
In case of a power cut
If too many appliances are running at the same time (e.g. air conditioner, washing machine and hairdryer), the circuit breaker may trip.
- Open the panel door located high up near the entrance door (see photo).
- There are two compartments: use the upper one to restore power.
- Flip the tripped switch back to the "on" position.
- If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact us.

Parking
Parking in Trevignano Romano is paid in the areas indicated by signage.

- First half hour: €0.50
- Hourly rate: €1.00/hour
Weekly passes
- 1 week: €20
- 2 weeks: €25
- 3 weeks: €30
- 4 weeks: €35
Electric and hybrid vehicles: free parking in designated areas.

Getting here
Via Solferino, 6 — 00069 Trevignano Romano (RM)From Piazza Vittorio Emanuele III, take the road under the arch of the Clock Tower (Via Umberto I). At the third street, turn left and continue uphill. At the first right turn, you will find number 6 on Via Solferino.

Unfortunately, although we are great animal lovers and have a pet ourselves, we cannot accept pets in the property.
There is no reserved parking, but paid parking on blue lines is available nearby. Great news for green travellers: electric and hybrid vehicles park for free on all blue lines in Trevignano Romano!
The lake is about 50 metres from the Casetta. The nearest swimmable beach is approximately 400 metres away, just a few minutes' walk.
Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00. Check-out is by 10:00.
There is no minimum age and no maximum age either — everyone is welcome at La Casetta del Borgo!
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed throughout the house.
Guest welcome always takes place in person: under Art. 109 of the Italian T.U.L.P.S. (Royal Decree 18 June 1931, no. 773) and the Italian Ministry of the Interior Circular of 18 November 2024, guest identification must be carried out in person. Self check-in solutions (key-boxes, lockboxes, etc.) are not allowed. For check-out, since it is flexible, we usually ask you to leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The online form is optional but highly recommended: it lets us speed up registration on arrival. However, it does not replace the in-person identification required by Italian law.
There is no minimum stay requirement. The maximum stay is 30 days.
